From the early stages of business development to the challenges faced by established businesses seeking to expand, small businesses encounter numerous complexities that require tailored support.

The County's Small Business Liaison Program (SBL) is designed to assist current and prospective business owners in sustaining and growing their operations within the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County. This program aims to provide resources and guidance to foster success across all stages of business development.​
